With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from McMurry University, she combines financial expertise with a deep commitment to operational excellence—ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes as it continues to grow.

Since co-founding Thoroughbred in 2016, Melanie has played a critical role in building the systems, processes, and financial infrastructure that support the firm’s fast-paced, client-focused environment. Her meticulous approach to accounting and resource management enables the team to deliver seamless service while maintaining scalability and sustainability.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys time with her husband Nathan and their two children, often coordinating their always-busy schedules with her signature positivity and calm under pressure.
