Matt brings over 20 years of experience in private aviation, specializing in aircraft sales, management, and client service. Known for his approachable style and market knowledge, Matt has helped clients nationwide navigate operations, acquisitions, and fleet management with clarity and confidence.

Prior to joining Thoroughbred Aviation, Matt held senior sales leadership roles at Airshare, Jet Linx, and Flexjet, where he led initiatives in aircraft management, charter, and owner services. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on aviation from the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his instrument and commercial pilot ratings.

Matt is driven by a strong commitment to transparency and relationship-building, making him a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses alike. He believes in doing right by the client, always bringing integrity, honesty, and long-term thinking to every conversation.

Outside of aviation, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an Eagle Scout, passionate about community, and always up for time outdoors.
