Lee brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for people-first leadership to her role at Thoroughbred. With a background in operations, compliance, marketing, and client experience, she helps ensure every aspect of the business runs smoothly and delivers lasting value.

A respected leader in business aviation, Lee has built a career at the intersection of technical expertise, strategic growth, and client-focused innovation. She helped transform an NSF grant project into the FAA-recognized NCATT certification, led technical training initiatives for major OEMs at FlightSafety, and was Vice President of Marketing & Engagement at ATP (now Veryon), where she advanced customer engagement across the aviation ecosystem. At Thoroughbred, she applies this depth of experience to streamline operations, elevate service standards, and strengthen client relationships.

Lee holds a BBA and an MEd in Technology Leadership, an academic foundation that supports her strength in team development, systems thinking, and strategic execution. She has also earned the NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credential, underscoring her commitment to industry leadership and continued professional growth. Lee serves in several leadership roles, including with the NBAA Maintenance Committee and the Tarrant County College Aviation Advisory Committee.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and their two kids, along with their two doodles, Katy and Maverick.
